Prepaid Tattoo Service Card – Terms & Conditions

At Sally Mustang Tattoos, we offer Prepaid Service Cards as an easy way to secure tattoo sessions in advance. Please read the terms below carefully before purchase.

1. Nature of the Card

• A Prepaid Service Card is a pre-purchased tattoo service.

• It is not a gift card, voucher, or stored-value product under Section 63 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

• The card entitles the holder to the specific service purchased (e.g., “1 x 3-hour tattoo session with Artist X”).

• It cannot be exchanged for cash, merchandise, or general credit.

2. Validity

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Expiry dates are final — unused services after expiry are forfeited.

• Responsibility lies with the holder to redeem before the expiry date.

3. Bookings

• Services must be booked in advance through our normal booking process.

• All bookings are subject to artist availability.

• We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Our standard booking policies apply.

• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

• Missed appointments without notice may result in the service being forfeited.

5. Transferability

• Prepaid Service Cards are transferable to another person with written notice.

• Once transferred, the studio accepts no liability for disputes between the original purchaser and the new holder.

6. Non-Refundable

• Service Cards are non-refundable.

• They may not be exchanged for cash or converted into store credit.

7. Proof of Purchase

• Please present your card (physical or digital) or proof of purchase when booking or redeeming.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.

8. Limitations

• Cannot be used with other promotions, discounts, or sales unless stated otherwise.

• Applies only to tattoo services, unless specifically noted.

9. Liability

• Sally Mustang Tattoos is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Service Cards.

  • Inability to redeem caused by events outside our control (e.g. illness, government restrictions, natural disasters).

• In such cases, we may, at our discretion, extend validity or offer alternatives.

10. Amendments

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

• Any updates will not negatively affect the validity of already purchased Service Cards.

 Important Notice:
This Service Card is a pre-purchased contract for a specific tattoo service. It is not governed by the CPA’s 3-year gift voucher validity rule. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
